I was nervous as we pulled into the 99 Restaurant in Andover. I was anxious to try what wings would taste like here.
The verdict. VERY,VERY SPICY. a little crispy, not drenched in sauce
Maybe it's because of the bragging on the wall ("Maybe we didn't invent buffalo wings but we sure perfected them"), but these wings didn't live up to my expectations.

Zack, thank you so much for this information! I do like buffalo wings, but NOT super hot ones, so good to know. I was hungry for buffalo chicken this week, and sometimes I make buffalo chicken dip (you can dip tortilla chips in it). This week, instead, I made buffalo chicken casserole. Chunks of chicken and potatoes tossed in buffalo sauce, then topped with cheese and baked. Not too bad! I can give your mom the recipe if it sounds good to you.
